HOW WE STARTED

R.O.T.U. World began hosting its own “experiences” (events) in 2013 with two album listenings for Marcus Orelias’s debut album, Rebel of the Underground. 

A year later following the release of Marcus Orelias's debut album, venues opposed booking a smaller act so the historic Buriel Clay Theatre was rented out and performed in by indie artist hand chosen by R.O.T.U. World, the event almost selling out. 

Since the success of B.C.T., R.O.T.U. World has adopted the blueprint of “just throwing our own shows" to create more personal atmospheres and experiences a like with the product and supporters.
